                      I took the above picture of the Arch in St. Louis, Missouri, USA last summer on a very cloudy day. Around this time each year, the Arch is turned pink (for breast cancer awareness) by coloring the nighttime floodlights shining on it. You can go up the Arch in cramped elevators and take pictures from inside, see below.


                      In the above picture, the new Busch Stadium (home of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team) is on the left, and the Old Courthouse--and yes, that's what it goes by--has the green dome on the right. For a city of 500,000 and over 3 million in the region, St. Louis, MO is like a small town.
