Sometimes we may ask or tell you to report issues to Facebook, this can happen either because we know it is something that Facebook has changed (like their user interface) or after troubleshooting determines that the issue is with Facebook.


When we ask or tell you to do this, these are the steps you should follow:

Click on the question mark (next to the arrow where you log out)
Select “Report a Problem”
Select “Something isn’t working”
Select “Games and Apps” from the drop box
Fill out the form telling them what is going wrong, and include any additional information that we have suggested you give them.
Upload any applicable screen shots from your computer
Press send
